Boundary Surveys

FEMA Flood Certification & Letter of Map Amendment
If your house is deemed to be located in a high-risk flood zone, a Letter of Map Amendment (or LOMA) is FEMA’s official method to determine if the designation is correct. This process will require elevation data from a professional licensed land surveyor.
If you are required by your insurance company to get a flood certification and/or a LOMA, Black River Land Surveying Co. is happy to help you fulfill this requirement.
